The Hounslow Wellbeing Network acts as a creative/social space for Hounslow resident by conducting different activities across a several locations for community members to access, feel less isolated and give a sense of belonging. The Wellbeing Network hosts regualr activities including Art Sessions, Crochet and Chat, Coffee and Chat and more.
We are seeking to recruit volunteers to help us to deliver efficient and highly productive sessions for Hounslow residents. Our network comprises of local people, friends, families, carers, and professionals living and working in the borough.
- Collaborating and coordinating with team leaders and partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities
- Successfully promote the organisation to attract Hounslow wanting to become part of the Network.
- Submitting activity reports after each session to the Service DeliveryCoordinator.
- Coordinating with service users and volunteers.
- Contributing towards advertising network events on social media platforms
- Contributing towards the creation of promotional material.
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- To show empathy and kindness towards participants.
