The Action on Disability Employment Service is setting the agenda for disability employment across West London with great results: Supported Internships, In-Work Support Service and employment support. We also provide management, job coaching and employer engagement, for example, over 20 young Disabled people each year across our 2 supported internship sites.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with a thorough understanding of the Social Model of Disability and high expectations of Disabled people. You will need excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.
