The programme is for women living in the two areas with a home postcode starting with either TW5 9 or UB2 5.
Participants will receive free, one-to-one careers advice and guidance from Employment Advisors, along with support to improve their employability skills.

The Council has identified North Hyde and North Cranford as two of its Equality Opportunity Areas - communities recognised as needing additional support and services, including employment assistance. Women in these areas are facing employment barriers due to poor health or caring responsibilities.
In addition to focusing on these priority areas, the team has secured funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to provide tailored career services for eligible unemployed residents across the borough.
