In August and September, we hosted eight sessions attended by over 120 residents, both in person and online. Employers and recruitment agencies, including West Middlesex University Hospital, LanguageLineUK, North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy, Adecco and Supreme Recruitment were present to introduce their industries, share current opportunities and explain the application process.
The North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy also led sessions for targeted communities who may need additional support in accessing employment, including care leavers, refugees and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Work Hounslow provided information about our six-month employment support for eligible residents. The programme is designed to equip them with the skills and confidence needed to unlock their limitless potential and thrive in the workplace.
